Winova — Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Winova subscriptions. You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase — see the Refunds section below.

Subscriptions and Billing

Winova offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription ($12/month) billed on a recurring monthly basis. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Payments are securely processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
  • You will keep access to Pro features until the end of your current paid period.
  • Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current or any partial billing period.

Refunds

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund of any Winova Pro ($12/month) payment within 14 days of the purchase or renewal date. Refund requests received within this 14-day window will be honored — no reason required. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record, and this policy is consistent with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

After the 14-Day Window

Once the 14-day window has passed, payments are generally non-refundable, because Winova is a digital subscription service available immediately, except:

  • Where a refund is required by applicable law (including any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights you may have), or
  • Where you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate or incorrect charge).

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

Free Plan

The free plan is provided at no cost, so no charges or refunds apply to it.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, email us at winovateam@gmail.com with your account email and details of the charge. To qualify for the standard refund, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase or renewal date. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
