Winova is a digital subscription service. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current or any partial billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at winovateam@gmail.com and we will review the matter in good faith.
You retain ownership of the proposals and other materials you create or submit ("User Content"). You grant Winova a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to submit it.
Winova uses artificial intelligence to help generate proposals and related text. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your particular needs. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on or sharing it. AI output does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide about the Service ("Suggestions") are non-confidential, and Winova may use them without any obligation or compensation to you.
By using the Service, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you consent to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Winova. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites, and you access them at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Winova in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Winova harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
This agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Winova may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as limitations of liability and dispute resolution — will survive.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
